Effective Date: July 2025

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by CHANDOK TECHNOSOFT, a registered firm in India under Goods & Services Tax, UDYAM under Ministry of MSME and Importer-Exporter Code (IEC), offering web design and development solutions globally.

1. Services Provided

We offer:

• Website design and development
• Domain and hosting setup
• Content and graphic integration
• Ongoing support and maintenance (if included in plan)

Any additional services will be billed separately with client approval.

2. Payment Terms

• All projects require a milestone-based payment structure or advance (as agreed).
• Indian clients are invoiced with applicable GST.
• International clients are invoiced in USD under GST’s export of services category, with 0% GST as per LUT (Letter of Undertaking) compliance.
• No work will commence without agreed upfront payment as we need to purchase domain & hosting and incur other operational expenses.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate content, branding, and access to relevant accounts
• Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid project delays
• Respect timeline commitments and shared milestones

4. Revisions & Change Requests

• Each package includes a defined number of revisions (as stated in the proposal)
• Additional changes are billable at an agreed price

5. Timelines & Delays

• Timelines are estimates and may shift due to client delays, scope changes, force majeure, technical or other unprecedented issues beyond our control
• Unresponsiveness for more than 15 days may lead to project closure without refund

6. Ownership & Delivery

• Final website ownership is transferred upon full payment
• Clients receive a full backup of the website, admin login, and all source files (all raw, editable, or essential files used to build the website) including original logo (if enrolled), graphics, and custom code snippets used during the website building.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (for domain, hosting, plugins, payment gateways). We are not liable for their uptime, pricing changes, or support limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

CHANDOK TECHNOSOFT is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Hosting/server failures
• Plugin or theme vulnerabilities
• Force majeure or technical issues beyond our control

9. Privacy & Data

Client data is handled with confidentiality and is never shared without consent. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Upon termination:

• Work completed will be delivered
• Payments made are non-refundable

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian law under the courts of Delhi.
