Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CHANDOK TECHNOSOFT, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design and development services with the highest standards of clarity, professionalism, and integrity. As a service-based business, our Refund and Cancellation Policy is crafted to ensure complete transparency, mutual accountability, and fairness in all client engagements. Positioned among the best website designer in India, we believe in upholding trust through structured processes, and all communication is maintained in written form.
1. Project-Based Services
- Refunds are not applicable beyond three days from the date of work commencement.
- Clients may request a full refund before the date of commencement of work, provided no time or resources have been allocated.
- In case of project cancellations from the clients (within three days from the date of work commencement), partial refunds may be considered and the same shall be subject to deductions for administrative efforts or resources (such as hosting, domain, emails, graphic designs, write-up etc.) already invested.
2. Digital Deliverables
- Given the nature of work i.e. website designing and development, no refunds will be issued once the project has been delivered and admin access has been transferred to the client.
- At project delivery, clients receive a full backup of the website, admin login, and all source files (all raw, editable, or essential files used to build the website) including original logo (if enrolled), graphics, and custom code snippets used during the website building.
3. Recurring or Maintenance Services
For ongoing services such as monthly maintenance, content updates, or priority support:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Once a billing cycle has started, no pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused time within that period.
4. Third-Party Tools, Licenses & Services
Any payments made on behalf of the client (prior written approval taken from client) for third-party tools, premium themes, plugins, or licensing services are non-refundable, as these are governed by the policies of external providers.
5. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request (if eligible under the above clauses), the client must email us at: info@chandoktechnosoft.com with the following details:
- Name of the Project
- Proposal/Offer/Invoice Ref. No.
- Clear reason for refund or cancellation for our better understanding.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
6. General Conditions & Exceptions
CHANDOK TECHNOSOFT reserves the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:
- If project work has already been delivered.
- If the client has been unresponsive for more than 15 consecutive days.
- If repeated revision demands are made beyond the agreed scope.
- If misuse, breach of contract, or unreasonable expectations are evident.
7. Premature Project Termination
In the event of project cancellation by the client after the domain has been purchased and the hosting environment has been assigned to it, CHANDOK TECHNOSOFT will transfer domain ownership to the client and provide a complete backup of the website files in a standard format, along with the website admin login credentials. The client may use these files and access credentials to restore or rebuild the website on their own hosting environment.
Please note: Domain transfer, website files, and admin access will be handed over only upon full settlement of all outstanding project dues, including domain cost, hosting setup, and any custom development charges incurred up to that point. Please refer to aforementioned Condition No. 1 – ‘Project Based Services’ for additional information.
8. Acknowledgement
By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. This ensures a clear understanding of responsibilities and protects the interests of both parties throughout the project lifecycle.
