These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by CHANDOK TECHNOSOFT, a registered firm in New Delhi, India under Goods & Services Tax (GST), UDYAM under Ministry of MSME and Importer-Exporter Code (IEC), offering web design and development solutions and positioned among the best website designer in India. All mode of communication is in writing.

1. Services Provided

We offer:

• Website design and development
• Domain and hosting setup (third party)
• Content and graphic integration for website development
• Ongoing support and maintenance for the delivered website (As agreed with the client)

Any additional services will be billed separately with client approval.

2. Payment Terms

• All projects require 50% advance or as mutually agreed.
• Indian clients are invoiced with applicable Goods & Services Tax (currently 18% for website development HSN Code 998314).
• International clients are invoiced in USD with 0% GST as per GST LUT (Letter of Undertaking) compliance we have undertaken.
• No work will commence without agreed upfront payment as we need to purchase domain, hosting & emails and incur other operational expenses for commencing the work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Client must:

• Provide accurate content such as write-up, pictures, and other details to showcase on the website.
• Review and approve projects promptly to avoid project delays.
• Respect timeline commitments and shared milestones.
• Release payment as per agreed terms.

4. Revisions & Change Requests

• Each package includes a defined number of revisions (as stated in the offer proposal).
• Additional changes are billable at an agreed price.

5. Timelines & Delays

• Timelines are estimates and may shift due to client delays, scope changes, force majeure, technical or other unprecedented issues beyond our control.
• Unresponsiveness for more than 15 days may lead to project closure without any refund.

6. Ownership & Project Delivery

• Final website ownership is transferred upon full payment. For details, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
• Clients receive a full backup of the website, admin login, and all source files (all raw, editable, or essential files used to build the website) including original logo (if enrolled), graphics, and custom code snippets used during the website building.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (for domain, hosting, emails, plugins, payment gateways). We are not liable for their uptime, pricing changes, or support limitations as they don’t fall under our direct control.

8. Limitation of Liability

CHANDOK TECHNOSOFT is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Hosting/server failures
• Plugin or theme vulnerabilities
• Force majeure or technical issues beyond our control

9. Privacy & Data

Client data is handled with full confidentiality and while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Upon termination:

• Work completed will be delivered. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
• Advance payments are non-refundable if notice is beyond three days from the date of commencement of work.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian law under the courts of Delhi.
